Scale & Validate: Pilot-to-Fleet Rollout with FAT/SAT Rigour and Regulatory KPI Proof

Once a pilot cell has proven the design, this step converts it into a repeatable, auditable rollout across the full territory. We manage factory and site acceptance testing, SCADA/ADMS integration, cutover sequencing and KPI instrumentation so that scaling does not dilute reliability, cybersecurity or the regulatory benefits the business case was built on.

What happens in this step

  1. 01Convert pilot learnings into a standardised FAT/SAT protocol, cutover checklist and rollback plan for repeat deployment
