  1. 1.Register the SPV / project on Advantage Jharkhand single window (CAF — Common Application Form) and select RE power generation as the activity.
  2. 2.Nodal agency JREDA registers the project (registration / facilitation fee as per state RE policy) — carry the registration letter into every downstream application.
  3. 3.Apply for land conversion (NA / industrial use), stamp-duty concessions and electricity-duty exemptions under the state RE policy through the same CAF.
  4. 4.Track application status and deemed-approval timelines published on the portal; escalate through the grievance module if SLAs lapse.

  • ALMM / DCR compliance declaration for modules & cells (MNRE) where the PPA or scheme requires it national
  • Environment: solar is exempt from EIA notification; obtain Consent to Establish / Operate (CTE/CTO) from the State Pollution Control Board only where the state insists (e.g. large floating solar on reservoirs) state
  • Floating solar — water-body lease / NOC from the irrigation or water-resources department and the dam-safety authority state

transmission

  • Right-of-way for the dedicated line under Sec. 164 (Telegraph Act powers) — state notification + compensation per MoP RoW guidelines 2024 state
  • Railway / NH / river / canal crossing approvals and PTCC clearance (Power Telecom Coordination Committee) for lines ≥ 33 kV national

distribution

  • Net / gross metering or feeder-level agreement with the DISCOM for ≤ 5 MW distributed plants (state net-metering regulations) state
