- 1.Register the SPV / project on Delhi single window (DIDC) (CAF — Common Application Form) and select RE power generation as the activity.
- 2.Nodal agency EE&REM Centre / IPGCL registers the project (registration / facilitation fee as per state RE policy) — carry the registration letter into every downstream application.
- 3.Apply for land conversion (NA / industrial use), stamp-duty concessions and electricity-duty exemptions under the state RE policy through the same CAF.
- 4.Track application status and deemed-approval timelines published on the portal; escalate through the grievance module if SLAs lapse.
