For Indian developers and lenders eyeing large ISTS or green-corridor transmission, it is a case study in why evacuation infrastructure — not generation — is usually the real critical path, and why financial close should never precede route and right-of-way certainty.
India's Green Energy Corridor and ISTS build-out faces the same layered risks: forest clearance under the Forest Rights Act, state-central coordination, tribal consent in Fifth/Sixth Schedule areas, and defense-corridor overlaps near border states.
