Corporate & utility partnerships

We structure partnerships that connect NGOs with corporates, DISCOMs and clean-energy players.

Corporate & utility partnerships
Overview

We help NGOs build structured partnerships with corporates, DISCOMs, renewable developers, EPC players and allied institutions for community energy programs in India. These partnerships can support last-mile energy access, productive-use loads, awareness campaigns, skilling, safety, resilience and consumer engagement, with models shaped around local grid realities, utility priorities and implementation feasibility.

Our role is to align mission objectives with stakeholder incentives, operational responsibilities and regulatory context. Where relevant, we account for utility and market dynamics such as DISCOM service priorities, ToD tariffs, open access awareness, consumer categories and state-level SERC frameworks. The result is a partnership model that is commercially aware, socially credible and easier to execute at field level.
