Key clauses including tenor, escalation, annual generation commitments, curtailment treatment, payment timelines, change in law, force majeure, scheduling responsibility and credit support are reviewed in the context of Indian open access practice and lender bankability requirements.

Our role is to shift risk away from the consumer wherever possible while preserving project financeability for the developer. This matters because weak drafting on curtailment, deemed generation, billing disputes, termination compensation or regulatory pass-through can materially affect realised savings, board confidence and your ability to enforce performance over a 15 to 25 year term.
