Industrial-cluster aggregation

Associations buying power together beat any single factory's tariff.

Industrial-cluster aggregation
Overview

An industrial cluster of 500–5,000 MSMEs consumes hundreds of MW yet each unit buys retail. When an industry association aggregates demand, the cluster can contract a dedicated solar or wind plant under group-captive, share a BESS, negotiate DISCOM tariffs and run a common energy-efficiency programme — and every member's bill drops.

We work with associations and chambers — MIDC, GIDC, SIPCOT and RIICO estates alike — on aggregation studies, SPV formation, member on-boarding and the regulatory route for cluster-level open access.

Scope of work
Cluster load mapping and member survey
Aggregated open-access / group-captive feasibility
SPV and member-participation structuring
Shared BESS and common-infrastructure design
Association MoUs and DISCOM negotiations
Energy-efficiency programme for members
State industrial-policy incentives
