Overview

Growthifye evaluates whether retired EV and BESS batteries can be safely and profitably repurposed for stationary applications such as peak shaving, backup power, renewable firming, telecom resilience, microgrids and behind-the-meter storage. We assess chemistry, state of health, cycle life, thermal behaviour, pack architecture, refurbishment needs, inverter compatibility and safety controls within Indian operating conditions and standards.

We translate technical feasibility into commercial decisions through use-case screening, capex and opex modelling, degradation-adjusted dispatch simulations and levelized storage cost analysis. Where relevant, we test revenue potential under ToD tariffs, demand-charge reduction, captive and open-access power optimisation, and resilience benefits for C&I clients, utilities, DISCOM-linked programmes and distributed energy developers.
